      Pros

      I experienced excellent supervisory management. A very friendly and diverse work force.

      Cons

      Parent company Novartis was far from transparent about its plans for the plant, with significant consequences. Daunting bureaucratic process to make positive changes to product and systems.

      Pros

      - Friendly working environment, co-workers who are also friends outside of work - Most managers, senior colleagues and leadership team are approachable for guidance, advice etc - Plenty of opportunities for training - Starting pay for fresh grads is pretty decent within the industry

      Cons

      - Could do with more job rotation opportunities within the company - Some systems could do with an upgrade - Depending on which department you join, work/life balance can be abit of a challenge
