      Good place to work, although stressful at times.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours. Friendly work environment. Support from many areas, teamwork mentality. Fairly open management policy.

      Cons

      Not everyone takes responsibility (job or department ownership) for their actions. Communication is sometimes kept between a few people, instead of everyone that needs to know. Stress of not knowing how long employment will last.

      Pros

      My superior was great and inspiring. Great place to work. Able to go back on time most of the time. Management set a side budget for company wide team building. Informal celebration of certain family days in an attempt for worklife balance.

      Cons

      Too many con calls during off office hour. Constant cost cutting.
