Good pay, good benefits, not so good management

Pros

Good pay especially for people who have little to no experience. Plenty of break time to help make the 12 hours go faster. Benefits are good. Overtime is not mandatory, but is available most of the time.

Cons

Management is not so good. Always understaffed forcing most employees to work twice as hard. They think pizza parties and food will make everything better.

Middle management is terrible and abusive. They know they can get away with it because it’s hard to find better pay elsewhere.
