It has nothing to do with work ethics. Its all about lying for each other. Favortism best describe as kissing managements backsides. It appear to be great after a few days then the masks falls off some of the employees. A lot of drama. Some force themselves to take the job due to force. They can tell you more about what's gone wrong in that person life than their work theres no rules or disciplinart action. These people are use to havoc. WHO EVA GOES to the site. Your judge as soon as your in the door. Qualifications: liar decietful hustler weak you must follow their rules. Keep quiet your wrong and their right you can be thrown under the bus at any given time. they will train you to do their job. Until they feel threaten . backward. You must remember your smaller than them. They know all your business before you can tell it. DONT DO IT PASS GOoooooo Not worthworth
