      There are many smart and pleasant people working together on the business of developing, manufacturing and marketing contact lenses and lens care products.

      Cons

      The parent company, Novartis, acquired Alcon, which then integrated CIBA Vision into Alcon. CIBA Vision, a respected company very knowledgeable of their business, is no more.
