Layoffs, micromanagement by the managers, lack of wfh days from the ELT, teams lack cross-functional collaboration.

Technology old and boring. But more concerning, reported very disturbing issue about a coworker through the ethics channel and received little to no follow-up from HR, which was disappointing. Situations like that should be taken seriously and addressed transparently. Management consistency was also an issue—after one difficult manager was finally let go, I was reassigned to another with different problems. At that point I decided it was time to move on.
