      Aledade inspires us to do our best, for several reasons. 1. Aledade is laser focused on its mission, serving patients, practices, and society. The company has gone so far as to change our designation to ensure we are specifically required to act in service of that mission. Aledade leaders and all employees care deeply about that mission, which drives us to give it our all. 2. Aledade employees! Aledade has hired bright, driven, compassionate, fun people who don't settle for less than excellent. To work among them is inspiring.

      Cons

      Aledade is growing from new start-up to a more mature organization, which inherently comes with growing pains. That said, leaders are transparent and thoughtful about changes.

      Senior leadership meets with entire staff regularly to share information My supervisor is a people person who supports her staff and is passionately driven to help our practices meet their goals Work remotely with encouragement to have work/life balance Company culture - focus on doing what is best for our practices, patients and community while seeking to have a strong, diverse, inclusive work environment and staff We see and hear from our CEO, Farzad Mostashari, regularly; I have never worked at another company where this was the norm
