      You are trusted to do the job you were hired for no micro management here! Fantastic leaders that allow work life balance and encourage it. The culture is awesome here!

      Pros

      Visionary CEO and Executives. Exceptional talent pool --in fact I joined because of the caliber of folks I knew that worked there. Worthy mission to help private practices survive and provide exceptional care to their patients. Inclusive culture. Love being able to work from home with periodic face to face meetings to foster team building.

      Cons

      None that I have seen so far. We are growing rapidly so if you don't like change that might be a con for you.....I personally love it!
