Great mission, interesting work, great people, and work-life balance
Pros
I never thought I would find a job that checked all the boxes for me. Amazing and impactful mission to better align our health care system with long term patient health. Interesting, dynamic and collaborative day-to-day work learning about and responding to real world problems that affect peoples' lives. Kind, intelligent, inspiring and motivated colleagues. Great work life balance, family friendly. Great culture. Management seems to truly care about employees and our well-being/sustainability. The company is growing rapidly and seems to have a bright future ahead!
Cons
Typical growing pains. Sometimes unclear how/why decisions are made at the top that affect our work until we do some digging. Things can feel a bit all over the place as many employees are fairly new and we're still figuring out how everything works. But this all feels pretty minor.
