      Great work, but they don't pay enough

      Pros

      The people are amazing who work here and the work we do is absolutely life-changing. The flexibility of working here is also unbeatable from anywhere else I have been or heard about.

      Cons

      This company does not care about employee retention - they only care about upper level executives staying within the company. Promotions are not standardized whatsoever and HR is absolutely unreachable when a problem occurs. HR will actually avoid answering your messages. They do not pay nearly enough for how much work we do and there is no overtime even though 90% of employees are working much more than 40 hours a week.

      Over the last year, we have spent a great amount of time standardizing roles and internal equity across the company. For the Analyst role specifically, we outlined defined criteria for promotion and objectives by role within the track which helped guide promotion decisions. If an employee has questions or concerns regarding their individual employment situation, the People Team is a resource, as well as your direct Manager.

      Pros

      Aledade's commitment to its mission is really strong, and it's easy to see how your work makes a positive difference in people's lives. Aledade is chock full of really smart, hard-working people, and it's a joy to work with such strong colleagues. Benefits are good, and work-life balance is easy to achieve.

      Cons

      Aledade is still growing, and there are some growing pains associated with that; could be a problem if you really value working on the same thing with the same people over a long period of time.

      Pros

      Amazing co-workers. Motivated and Inspired to do what is best for patients and independent practices. Willing to go above and beyond, while still respecting work-life balance. Flexible. I'd consistently heard great things about Aledade from colleagues before starting, which left a pretty high bar to clear. I have not been disappointed!

      Cons

      Nothing other than the typical challenge of working remotely, though I think Aledade does much better than average in making that as close to a non-issue as possible.
