      Good place to work but lots of chaos

      1. Everyone is well meaning and determined to do good 2. Truly remote culture 3. Smart coworkers

      Cons

      1. Few people are overworked while some seemingly coast 2. Internal movement is hard and not transparent. If your team is not a good fit for you, you are stuck 3. Lots of bad managers and because of #2, there is not much you can do about it other than quit

      None there is nothing going right here.

      Cons

      CISO and his cronies are all trouble. CISO looks to fire anyone that wants to move forward correctly or disagrees with his micro-managment style.
