      Pros

      With rapid growth, we're still putting in place the right processes, structures and tools to support efficient and effective work. I view that as a pro and something that I know I want. So for those that like that challenge and are comfortable operating in that space, it's really fun. If you like structure and predictability and established workflows or if you want to build in a very specific way and are challenged with finding creative solutions to meet Aledade where we're at, this might not be the place for you.

      Cons

      Prioritization is still a challenge - but that's the case with most orgs that try to push themselves to grow and develop. I view this less as a con and more as a norm in most orgs. There is always more to do.

      Organization boasts staff incentives for performance and stock options for employees.

      Cons

      PTS are customer service reps payed higher salary asked to be influencers and coaches, but are not provided with positive leadership and coaching for development. Little recognition and all focused on negatives.
