When I came to Aledade two years ago I was blown away at the culture and passion to improve healthcare I encountered throughout the company. Everyone is so nice and wants to help each other. Aledade really does value work-life balance, which makes me want to go the extra mile for this company. I had no idea that companies like this existed and I hate that I didn't apply sooner. This job has made me so happy and is a perfect fit for me and my family.

Cons

Candidates without healthcare experience will struggle in the PTS role, must be very organized and tech savy to keep up with the very fast paced environment.

Pros

Aledade is a forward-thinking, value-driven organization that not only cares about the patient's it serves, but also the employees that do the work every day. They provide meaningful work, opportunities for growth, great work-life balance, and positive company culture. Benefits are really good. Most opportunities are fully remote and pay (in comparison to other organizations I've been at) is equitable and fair.

Cons

Still somewhat a "start-up", so there are definitely a few growing pains—but that's to be expected. Only benefit we lack that I wish we had was something related to assisting with student loans (as healthcare is a degree-driven field—many of us have advanced degrees)
