Pros
None - the company is awful
Cons
Where do I start??? -Training is atrocious (they cram 5 months of training into 6 weeks). Training consists of watching videos and then taking 50-question tests in which you can only miss one question. -They let go of sales people, who had no value based care experience, after only 4 months. How can any sales person gain traction in that short of time??? -They harp on you to get meetings with customers and sell, sell, sell....however, they book 100 internal meetings a day. -Forget about taking a summer vacation. That is the "busy" time for this crap company so any travel will be denied. -They lure in sales people with a $100K base salary, but then they make their lives miserable and give them severely unrealistic sales goals that is nearly impossible to achieve. -Their turnover rate is unreal. As stated above, they lure in sales reps with a high salary, only to get rid of them after only a few months so you never get to enjoy the high salary. -Management is clueless and the owners are frauds. -The marketed the sales role as remote....then flip it and tell you to travel all over your territory for in-person meetings. -They expect every doctor to fawn all over them just because of their name, what they don't realize is that the competition does everything better. -There's 1,000,000 more reasons why this company is the worst, but I don't care to waste another second of my life on them.
