Pros

Work life balance is amazing.. the team culture was off but with our new MP we are back on track. They offer amazing support to their employees and extremely transparent. It has been such a great experience so far.

Cons

Not much to say.. everything has changed for the better.

Pros

With rapid growth, we're still putting in place the right processes, structures and tools to support efficient and effective work. I view that as a pro and something that I know I want. So for those that like that challenge and are comfortable operating in that space, it's really fun. If you like structure and predictability and established workflows or if you want to build in a very specific way and are challenged with finding creative solutions to meet Aledade where we're at, this might not be the place for you.

Cons

Prioritization is still a challenge - but that's the case with most orgs that try to push themselves to grow and develop. I view this less as a con and more as a norm in most orgs. There is always more to do.
