      Pros

      -Great Benefits -Given autonomy and independence -Not a lot of "red tape" to go through to get decisions made -Good efforts towards diversity and inclusion -Best of all - great mission and vision. We truly feel value based care and population health will reform the healthcare ecosystem.

      Cons

      -There's no secret - we are working through our growing pains. We grew 70% in 2021. There are things that need more well defined, processes that need created better, etc etc. But if you are that person that thrives in the grey, and you're comfortable being uncomfortable at times, Aledade is the place for you. Tons of room for innovation and brining your own SME into your role.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. If you're looking for a mission-driven org that's making change for good, Aledade is worth a look. I'm not on the front lines but am grateful and inspired by the work we do. We've grown a ton so there is a lot of opportunity to build. I'm fortunate that I have a fantastic manager who gives me the autonomy to do what I was hired to do while also helping guide me. Leaders genuinely care.

      Cons

      With tons of growth comes some growing pains. It's too be expected. I don't view it as a con but if someone is looking for a place with clearly defined processes and tools and frameworks for every part of the org...we're not there yet. But that means it's a really exciting time to be part of building all of that. So for folks that can flex, work in the unknown, want to put order in places where it might be needed, this is a great place to be!

      Finally making a difference in health care

      Pros

      Working in healthcare for greater than 30 years, I finally found a company that aligns with my values related to patients, healthcare and work life balance. After starting with Aledade, I knew immediately it was a fit for me. The company shared my concerns with National health care and the impact on our small physician offices and patients. I am finally a part of the solution and am not just grinding away in a broken system. After more than 30 years of being a health care employee and leader, I found a company that pushes me to be better and provides the work life balance that is essential to employee well-being and healthy culture. The best and hardest job I have ever had.

      Cons

      For some, fast pace and ambiguity are a pros, if you are not prepared to adjust and move forward. You must be nimble and open minded to flourish in the environment.
