Great product, amazing Head Office team, very nice staff to work with, many detailed constructive trainings

Cons

too many post repairs of old stock from clients, boutiques can have very low footfall, quite big pressure from senior management, some management have been so long on their positions that they are not open for changes and just stay with their job

Very beautiful place to work, good hours

Cons

No communication between teams. The Head of departments are another floor and are rarely seen by the employees, therefore it doesn't fee like our part of something and people are not motivated.
