Pros

While I was at Dunhill I really enjoyed working there; the nature of work and colleagues made it really enjoyable. As I was leaving I could tell things were changing as there was a major upheaval of staff and marketing direction. Safe company to work for being owned by Richemont.

Cons

Workload and expectations were extremely high! Particularly in my department/role. Management didn’t really protect or promote me during this time.
