Pros
1. Alibaba is result-oriented, which means you can confidently get reward you deserve. 2. The user group is huge and diverge. Very essential for solid industrial experience. 3. Outstanding collegues. 4. The structure of company is efficient and stable.
Cons
1. Programmers' work is highly project-oriented. Most of your time is devoted to specific project and little is left to self-growing. 2. Employees are eager to create new things and on the other, very small group of people are interested in improving from 70points to 90 points, which I think sometimes is more important. 3. Working hours are too long, no time to accompany family members.
