      Too busy no life

      Pros

      Nice people mostly, salary is good without considering the long working hours. Nice office environment and IT infrastructure.

      Cons

      1. Work keeps coming and u can never finish and rest, no life balance AT ALL. 2. Teams fighting over projects and data, communication cost is getting higher. 3. No respect for other people's life and privacy. Keep buzzing you even after work or on holiday. 4. Promotion could be given to ass-kisser who is bad at his/her job 5. No proper skill training for new comers. Instead there is a two weeks culture training, good chance to get to make some friends though.
