Pros
Biggest e-commerce company in China. Many technology talents work together. Learn a lot from busy working to build systems to serve the business, there's no other such chance in any other companies inside mainland China. Company culture is simple and open, no office politics.
Cons
It's big, and too heavy to make moves quickly. It appreciates innovation, but less patience on it. Which means sometimes you must take your own time 'outside the 8 hours' to do some 'pre-research' work. It must be one of the most busy IT company in China.
