      Pros

      work 10am-6pm if your boss works overseas. Medium smart colleagues and above. 17 days of annual leave (7+7+3) on the first year. nice workplace with flowers and birds, standard 400-meter running track. well-established cloud server, administrative helpers, AI agents.

      Cons

      Low pay. stupid senior managers who change idea now and then. silly, aggressive and improfessional HRs. most of the senior managers become your leader just because they've joined this company way earlier, not because of their ability.
