      Constant challenges working with the headquarter in China

      Pros

      Much smaller operation in the US comparing to China headquarter, so communication is easier, less political. Feel like working in a start-up but backed by a large corporate.

      Cons

      - Sometimes it gets very hard to align with the management in China, makes it impossible to get project/budget approval on time. - People are generally nice but not very fun.

      Pros

      Business decisions not influenced by downturn in US economy. Annual bonuses and trips.

      Cons

      Loyalty is seldom acknowledged or rewarded. Unprofessional and duplicitous behavior is common throughout all levels of management (particularly lower levels). Recognition for achievement is often misappropriated, or misdirected.

      work hours are very flexible, can come and go anytime.

      alot of overtime, low pay, very political, have to know the right person to climb up.
