Interning at Alibaba is always a positive experience. The team and environments are pretty good. The city is beautiful.

Cons

Big companies all suffer from a lack of self motivated creation. And since the organisation is big, making decision takes time.

Quite a strong action power company, people are very energetic as well as full of ideas. casual work cultural with less regulation than other places

Cons

people are generally less experience without systematic thinking, rules can be changed day by day but they will tell you it's up to you to adapt it
