Top level infrastructure in e-business and public cloud computing service, great technical challenge on large scale distributed systems, very good payment.

Cons

Very high work load, very high responsibility and pressure, many travels to Hangzhou, skill of cross-BU communication is very important, therefore speaking Mandarin is necessary in engineering team.
