      High salary, supplementary medical care, high-quality cafeteria, and generous daily benefits

      Cons

      Being busy is just a relative state, not the busiest, only busier. I used to think I could accept a high-paying but busy job, but later I found out that I was wrong. Of course, different business units have different structures and different incentive mechanisms. I'm just referring to the department I was working in at the time
