      Good company culture and benefits. Good coworkers mostly.

      Cons

      The organization, work distribution, and chain of command isn't always conducive to cooperation because everyone is competing for tech resources. Bottom up method of convincing people to invest in your project. KPI/driven but short-sighted. Fixing short term projects to make it look like a lot has been done within each review cycle, at the cost of truly fixing the problem and taking longer.
