      Pros

      Benefits I really have nothing good to say other than the paychecks were on time which isn't a pro.

      Cons

      Hostile Work Environment Human Resources constantly ignore sexual harassment complaints As an employee you are just a number and a robot They will give you more responsibilities than stated on contract without raise that goes with the added responsibilities as per their own policies. Constructive Criticism is not welcome. Management often delegate their workload and do not share credit. Unless you are a friend of upper management, you will not be promoted.

      Pros

      You learn about customer service and you are provided training. The start pay is higher than minimum wage. The location is good and there are cool team building activities.

      Cons

      With the passing of time you get more responsibilities, and then some more on top of that, you get more clients and as much as 5 skills more but your pay remains...the same. Also, you have to be lucky and get a good manager. Mine was very unprofessional, she discussed monthly evaluations out loud to stress us out. She also showed favoritism, for example she has a favorite employee and she encourages the employee to avoid work so he can run the managers personal errands.
