Micromanagement 4. Verbal Abuse 5. Criticism in Public 6. No Praise 7. Lack of Vision 8. No Critical Feedback 9. Takes Resignations Personally 10. Hovers Like a Helicopter 11. Overpromises 12. Expects 24/7 Employees 13. Lack of Trust 14. Inappropriate Comments 15. Expects Everyone to Be Like Them 16. Doesn’t Admit Mistakes 17. Breaks Their Own Rules 18. Neglect 19.
