      Great company, but needs more.

      Pros

      Working from home, great people to work with, great PTO if you have been working for a while, 10 + years.

      Cons

      Benefits are lower that market standard for a benefits company. If your not liked enough, you have no opportunity to advance to a new role. Plenty of people that tell you to apply for new opportunities, but after you have an interview, lack of feedback is disturbing.

      The working environment is flexible, half the week in the office, a few days at home. Activities are implemented to engage employees.

      Not much time to partake in activities for employee engagement due to workload, unproductive conference calls
