Mediocre compensation, lack of management direction, lack of management support - irregardless of level, the manager above you takes no interest. They talk a good game, but dont walk the walk. (e.g. they preach work-life balance, yet the reality is very stressful, overload the employees and infer they work long hours week-ends, to just do what you have to do to get the work done, etc.)

All they care about is the bottom line. Massive layoffs this year of long time employees as they continue to move jobs off shore and their partnership with Alegeus. Poor technology. No solutions just HSA and HRA administration problems. and that’s where all the companies have headed towards. New hire Training has been horrible since Aon. The temp agency they created and most of talent they find is a joke.
