Poor technology (laptops may be very old/falling apart), Old systems hinder your work performance, disorganization (files are hard to find/misplaced), very high learning curve (can take over a year to feel comfortable in the role, but YMMV), high turnover at lowest levels, understaffed teams, little help/direction from management, numerous cumbersome tasks that need to be done manually each month, work closely with an Indian offshore team so communication is more difficult
