      Pros

      Salary was fair. Colleagues were great to work with. The Orlando office has some nice perks such as a cafeteria and Starbucks on the first floor.

      Cons

      The direction they recently head towards are to have less people do more work. Major projects have been rolled out with very minimal planning as evidence by the speed at which they are implemented and the compounding issues that arise from it.
