      Horrible Company - avoid at all costs

      There are no pros of working for this company.

      Cons

      Failed to pay employees for all time worked. Supervisors directed us to not record time worked over 8 hours (which is illegal). Horrible HR - unable to get answers to basic HR questions. Difficult to get payroll errors fixed. Zero job security regardless of tenure and performance.

      Flexible work schedule in a virtual environment. Robust benefits package.

      Cons

      Leadership can feel political at times, and organizational structure in day-to-day operations isn’t always clearly defined. Training and support resources have diminished over the years, requiring employees to be highly self-sufficient. Workloads can be heavy with significant cross-functional coordination.
