I didn't face any cons

Tedious and repetitive work, not really fulfilling, but hey its a job that can pay your bills and get your foot in the door towards other more aligned corporate jobs. When I was there in the retirement plans department around 2019, the main proprietary TBA software system was constantly glitching, giving problems to clients and account management teams, frustrating to use. After about a year, much of my growth was centered on learning this highly specialized, niche software, so felt like I was not able to learn as many transferrable skills at this point, felt some career stagnation, as I did not see myself there long-term.
