      Managers and team leads are generally supportive and open to questions. Remote work option makes work-life balance easier.

      Cons

      Call volume can be overwhelming during peak seasons, especially around open enrollment. Metrics-driven environment — sometimes it feels like numbers matter more than quality of support. Limited opportunities for advancement unless you move into management or technical roles.

      Remote work, if you like that. Stock options, I guess... Though they're crippled atm.

      Beaurocracy. Salary disparity. Progress is crippled by leadership constantly feeling the need for change.

      Pros

      Job security and ability to change roles and evolve, if that is what your goal is.

      Cons

      Low offers for internal lateral roles within the firm. It doesn't matter that you have the skills necessary to do the role, I have always been low balled. The amount of work and the low wages is discouraging to say the least.
