Pros
Has provided good benefits over the years, good vacation time for tenure, and the company is trying to be more inclusive in their hiring. Slowly seeing more people of color in positions outside of the customer service side.
Cons
Alight is just not paying where the market is. Especially for Wokrday certified professionals. The very bare minimum should be at least 90k but there are senior managers barely making 98k with 6+ years with the company. Then they have the nerve to assign new consultants multiple clients to manage w/o having enough experience to really lead. You’re pushed to lead early in projects. It can be stressful for such low pay.
