      Pros

      Alight had wonderful people, processes, and systems. The people in particular were very nice, high integrity, and talented.

      Cons

      The expectations on delivery were too high on their people. They required you to be available at any hour to work with offshore resources and deliver on projects. They pay did not match the level of expectations.

      -Lack of growth opportunities -Low Salary -No raises -Poor corporate strategy - Good place if you don't want to develop your career and just want something flexible and stable

      The only pro for this position is that it is remote.

      Cons

      The worst job I have ever had. Please don't think about reporting your toxic, lazy, and petty micromanager to HR. Because HR will take weeks to review, research, and respond---only to do nothing, and you will have to endure the wrath from your manager for reporting them to HR. This company oftentimes harp on their values, but they do not abide by any values. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and constantly having more duties added to their surmounting daily task.
