      Underpaid, lied to during initial interview process, management lack of communication. STAY AWAY FROM THE COFFEE COMPANY TEAM. Ask what team you will be supporting prior to accepting the position.

      Pros

      You are always encouraged and shown appreciation in so many ways. You get to work from home and the benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      The training and the daily activities is a bit complicated and finding information is not that easy so its very easy to provide wrong information to a caller. The adherence hard to maintain in the required 90 percentile. The pay caould be better also due to the high level of stress that you experience on a daily basis.
