It's what you make of it
Pros
They push the "pay for performance" model and I can attest it really does work. I was promoted every 6 months and also received quarterly bonuses. It's not easy and you can get thrown into a lot of skills depending on your team, but it's all growth opportunities and you have to see the positives. I have had great experiences with my managers and even the directors. I truly feel they care about you and want you to succeed and grow. I have personally experienced that they listen to suggestions, and really do give you the tools to succeed.
Cons
In call center environments you can start to feel detached from coworkers and feel isolated in your own headset. Again you have to make an effort and to see the positives. It's a big company with a corporate structure, things such as pay and performance are "calibrated" to make sure it's even across the board. While it's fair it can be a bit frustrating at times when you have done more than a team member but receive the same pay raise.
