This company is always reacting to a situation. It doesn't matter what department you work in, they are completely unorganized. The management has no control and are treated as messengers for top management who often make decisions that often negatively impacts the average employee. The upper management barely knows their own job and will not take ownership for poor leadership, training and continued confusion amongst teams and whole departments. The management make promises to clients that can not be fulfilled and will blatently lie to them to acquire their business. Poor business ethics. I honestly don't know how this company is still in business. It is so reminiscent of Enron.

Management lacks integrity. When it comes to “people matter” seems that it doesn’t extend to employees.
