      Pros

      Product is growing and so is company. Minimal competition for now. Employee stock plan.

      Cons

      Bad training. Disorganized company. Inconsistent comission structure payout. Some bad seeds in leadership positions. No work life balance. Doesn't welcome knew ideas or out of box thinking. Poor culture. Poor reputation amongst doctors. Subpar benefits compared other medical device companies. Very poor diversity and inclusion.

      New CEO is not focused on the people or the culture. He brought in his henchmen HR person to make it more like GE and less Silicon Valley, If you like GE culture then this is the place for you.
