      Not what you'd expect

      Pros

      Smart and nice co-workers. Okay pay. Company is growing. Decent location and office space.

      Cons

      Company/management doesn't care much about the employees. The work hours are long, quantity is more important than quality. Management - many of them are micro-managing and are putting a lot of pressure and an unreasonable workload on their employees under the "accountability" umbrella. Some of them have rather poor people management skills. The JJ folks have each other's back but that's it. The reality of working at Align is different than what is advertised during the interviewing process.

      Pros

      None that I think of! Aside from it's a job and buys me time to look for another job elsewhere!

      Cons

      High turn overs, you will not get hired as a permanent employee, even you've been working here for over a year they will keep you as a contractor as long as they can to cut cost. I felt like an outsider when I was working here, No love at this place just look elsewhere!

      Pros

      Facilities are nice, food is okay, good number of events for destressing (which is telling given how stressful it is)

      Cons

      Does not care if you do a good job as long as they can save a buck. I've done, arguably, great work at what my job description is. All of a sudden management says I'm the worst on the team. Had another co worker who got pushed out and they tried to hire for the same job, but with lower pay, it didn't work. Now I'm being pushed out and have a hunch the same will happen. Also noticed a number of reviews saying they have poor regulation compliance, this is true. DO NOT put any of their printed products in your mouth.
