      Pros

      Love the people at this company. Always feels like we’re positively pushing each other to do better! Very fast paced. Company listens to TMs, which has been a pleasant surprise!

      Cons

      For being a large company, there isn’t a ton of great standardizations of doing things, which can be a pro for some, but for someone like me that likes structure and knowing I’m doing things the right way, it can be a con. Not a ton of growth opportunities internally that I can see.

      Pros

      Currently it's a leading health-tech company with no real competition, financially strong, good salaries and compensation, really smart people to work with, allows you to work from home, lots of career opportunities

      Cons

      During the COVID time they recruited a lot of mid-senior management whos added value is not very clear, and many have a low management skills causing processes to work really slow. There's no real company culture, it's a "come-to-work" company, no more than that. Many employees are not comfortable with presenting new and fresh ideas but rather act as a "Yes Sir" guys.
