Innovative product with great pay

I’ve worked for high-performing, industry-leading companies my entire career. My experience at Align was disappointing. Internal processes are so fractured, I’m shocked anything gets accomplished. I really wanted to love this organization, but all I did was spin my wheels to get get even the smallest things taken care of for my customers. It’s evident Align has invested in consumer marketing, product innovation & expanding the sales force. Where they lack is internal support and competition has figured this out.

Cons

If you aren't kissing upper managements behinds or Caucasian you will never get anywhere in this place. Oh and don't have a mind of your own and speak your mind. You definitely will be black balled.
