      This company is the leader in digital orthodontics. There are no cons if you can handle working at a cutting edge company.

      Pros

      I came from another large healthcare company to join Align 18 months ago. The initial impression of leadership was an incredibly humble and approachable leadership team - from CEO down to VP of Sales. The leadership team has gone above and beyond during the COVID crisis in continuing to reinforce the "human element" of the work place. I am very grateful that I made the switch and would highly recommend Align to anyone looking.

      Cons

      Cons would depend on your interpretation of the word. The company moves with incredible agility, which in my opinion is a good thing, however it can be overwhelming for some.

      Pros

      Fast pace company with cutting edge technology and massive brand awareness. Culture is employee first which is refreshing in todays business, while at the same time pushing with great marketing to ensure out customers (doctors) understand how advanced the products are vs others.

      Cons

      very high expectations on growth numbers so a lot of pressure on sales numbers. Fast past can be a con for some if you cant adapt to change on the fly it isnt the right place.
