Crazy hours. 6 years of jobs always being frozen and total lack of functional support despite commitments from Americas leaders. Nasty politics from the top of Americas team drive the same in lower levels of organization. HR uses double speak and doesn't solve problems for employees despite the leading from the heart nonsense that is preached. HR only listens to speak up Anonymous complaints vs the day to day.
