Pros

Working at Aligned DC has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The company culture is genuinely people-first—supportive and built around shared values of integrity and continuous improvement. It’s clear from day one that leadership cares about both the success of the business and the people behind it. What really stands out to me is Aligned's commitment to innovation. As someone who likes to solve problems, I thrive when I can implement solutions without major roadblocks.

Cons

Because the company is constantly evolving and scaling, there are times when priorities shift quickly. That said, it’s also what makes the work dynamic and gives us the chance to help shape processes. Aligned DC moves quickly when it comes to innovation and execution, which means things can feel intense—but you’re never standing still, and there’s always something to learn.
