Most managers have been with the company for years. They understand the power struggle among executives and know the day-to-day struggle of the delivery and sales workforce. Most people want to hit goals and collaborate.

Cons

Multiple divisions with similar objectives and no communication between them. Individual contributors working on projects and ideas that do not get supported because of no cohesive strategy. Crossover of jobs and activities but little understanding of what they do similarly or how they can support each other.
