By far the best consulting firm...

Pros

Super smart people with a true one-firm-firm culture. Less siloed compared to other consulting firms. High quality work... not a cookie-cutter and templatized consulting work The rigorous recruiting process ensures hiring only high-caliber people. This ensures no weak links in the project team when working on "when it really matters" work. D&I is in the DNA. Not just a buzzword. Highly focused on client-delivery, less time on marketing and brand building activities. Growth driven by clear vision and strategy to double the size of the firm.

Cons

Work can get intense. Tight timelines on many engagements. Less focus on classroom-style training and coaching. People learn from real-life client work.
